Welcome to 723 Marlin Drive, a charming one-story retreat tucked away just 200 feet from the road for added privacy and tranquility. This beautifully landscaped home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is ideally located only a five-minute walk from the beach, making it a perfect coastal escape.
Inside, youâll find tasteful dĂ©cor and modern comforts throughout. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private en-suite bath with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and shares the hall bathroomâwith a single vanity and tub/shower comboâwith the bunk room, which includes two sets of bunk beds with trundles, providing flexible sleeping for families or groups.
The living area flows seamlessly between the kitchen, dining, and lounging spaces. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an in-cabinet microwave, and an electric stovetop-and-oven combination, with ample counter space for easy meal preparation. Just off the dining area, the wet bar includes a blender and sink, making entertaining effortless. The dining area, furnished with Ficks-Reed resort-quality furniture, opens into the living room, which offers plenty of comfortable seating for guests.
