The Space:
417 Wahoo is a spacious 2-story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. This 7-bedroom, 5.5-bath home is newly updated with hardwood floors throughout the 1st floor, remodeled bathrooms, and new furniture. It is a large multi-family home perfect for reunions, golf groups, and more. There is a total of 12 beds in the property, with a separate bonus room located above the garage. This property will comfortably accommodate up to 17 and offers stunning porch views of hole 16 of the Ocean Creek Golf Course from the screened-in porch. This home is now pet-friendly (with a pet fee)!
The main house boasts a large, well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and new cabinets and pulls. There are 3 icemakers, 2 in both fridges and 1 under-counter icemaker in the kitchen. Full-sized appliances will make you feel at home. Through the living room is the Carolina room with a large dining table. This room flows into a screened-in porch overlooking the Ocean Creek Golf Course.
Starting in the main house, the primary bedroom is on the 1st floor and features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate shower. Also on the main floor is a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a tub shower combo. Upstairs in the main house are 4 bedrooms. These bedrooms share 2 full Jack-and-Jill bathrooms with tub-and-shower combos. The bed layout upstairs includes 2 queens, 1 king, a full-over-full bunk bed, and a twin bunk bed & a single twin. Both of the main guest bedrooms upstairs are "pass-through bedrooms", which means you will have to walk through the main bedroom to get to the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Lastly, the main house has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The bonus room above the garage has a king bed and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. There is also a kitchenette in the bonus room, allowing for separate living arrangements if needed. This kitchenette has a sink, microwave, drip coffee maker, and full-size fridge with an icemaker.
Features of the property include TVs in all bedrooms and the living room (8 TVs in total). All TVs have a Roku streaming stick, allowing access to your favorite streaming applications. High-speed wireless internet throughout the property. The kitchen includes a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, along with full-size appliances, bringing you the luxuries of home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook. There is an outdoor shower for easy beach cleanup and a propane grill located in the courtyard. The left side of the garage is available for use and will fit 1 car or a golf cart. There is room to park 3-4 cars/golf carts at the property. If you need more room to park, Ocean Creek Golf Course is right down the road. Please go into the pro shop and ask for permission to park there.
A note about the home: Use the code provided to open the bonus room entry door. Upon entering the bonus room, you will see a key on the counter. This key will unlock the main house!

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
