This home has been designed to bring the outside in, with a soothing color palate and breathtaking views from nearly everywhere you stand. Upstairs bedroom 1 (king bed), and bedroom 2 (2 queens) each have ensuite baths and private entrances onto the deck. The kitchen has been completely renovated with all new cabinets, high end appliances, and quartz countertops. The great room and dining room are luxuriously furnished and perfect for entertaining. The cozy, private downstairs suite (1king), accessible from the outside only, has its own mini fridge and coffee maker. There are 2 high end fold away twin beds in the upstairs closet - perfect for kids. High speed internet is accessible throughout the property, and each living space is equipped with new smart TVs. 

Enjoy simple living with an outdoor shower to rinse away the sand and adventures of the day. The large wrap around deck awaits your coffee and cocktails, or a book and long nap after a day on the water. Share ‘smores and tall tales around the fire pit while watching a sunset.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.    
Fripp Island Resort has an Amenity Guest Passes policy. Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities. Cards cost $55 per person per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $39 per person per week the rest of the year. Children 13 and up must have their own card.  In order to go to the Island restaurants all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13.

  Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.


Pets - allowed


If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
