This condo is in an awesome location!

You can walk to Lake Dillon. You can rent paddle boards and kayaks, even a pontoon boat! (check out Dillon Marina Boat Rentals)

The rec path is also right there to enjoy a bike ride or stroll.

There are views of Gray's and Torrey's Peak.



Getting Around:

Most of our guests bring cars on their mountain journeys.

- This property is NOT pet friendly (however the owners do bring their pet from time to time, so if you have an allergy be mindful of this info).

- No Smoking of any kind inside of the unit

- No parties or groups of more than 7

- This property does not have air conditioning
