The apartment has a communal gym, private parking and a shared pool. Torreblanca is a quiet area where the apartment is close to the quiet beach sand and the promenade which is less than 5 minutes walk away. A stone's throw from the apartment is Torreblanca train station which takes you along the entire coast from Fuengirola to Malaga City and also to Malaga airport. Opposite the building is the nearest grocery store which is well stocked. In the building there is also a communal gym and a communal outdoor pool. When you step into the apartment you are greeted by a completely newly produced apartment that is tastefully decorated, the living room and kitchen have an open floor plan where the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, stove and oven and much more. Furthermore, there is a dining area for up to 6 people, a comfortable sofa and a large smart TV. From the living room you come out to the lovely terrace with a Weber gas grill, dining area and a lounge corner where you can enjoy the lovely view with afternoon sun. Master bedroom has a large double bed and wardrobe storage and the second bedroom has a double bed as well as wardrobe storage. There are 2 bathrooms with shower. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, WIFI, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker and much more.
