The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate and a little space with a washing machine for laundry needs.

The bedroom is modernly decorated and includes a queen bed, multiple storage spaces, and access to the patio.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The Casino da Madeira has the latest games and plenty of entertainment for those looking to try their luck.

For a unique insight into the island's history, visit the Madeira Story Centre, learn about its rich culture and discover its people's unique stories. Other attractions include the Jardim de Santa Luzia, Funchal-Monte Cable Car, and Blandy's Wine Lodge (formerly Adegas de São Francisco).

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Parreira (lines 15B and 42), is just a 140-meter walk.

Madeira Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
