The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy sofa, a TV for all your favorite shows, and a dining table. Large windows fill the space with natural sunlight, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. You'll also have access to a balcony with a fantastic view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The bedroom is a comfortable retreat, furnished with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with towels and toiletries, offering all the essentials to freshen up during your stay.

For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Situated on the 6th floor with elevator access, this apartment provides both convenience and a great view.

You also have access to the shared swimming pool.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This property is in close proximity to popular attractions such as the CR7 Museum and Casino da Madeira. Guests can also enjoy dining options at nearby restaurants like Doca do Cavacas and Muthu Raga Madeira Hotel. With its great location, this property is the perfect base for exploring the area and experiencing all that Funchal has to offer.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.
The Madeira Airport is just a 20-minute drive.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
