The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware, cutlery, and crockery you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave, and the latest Nespresso coffee machine. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a balcony with seating areas to lounge, relax, and enjoy the sea view, and a private bathroom, providing luxury and convenience for all guests.

The three bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, weighing scales, and complimentary toiletries.

The property includes private parking, making it convenient for guests with their vehicles.

Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of dining spots, coffee shops, grocery stores, and even a cinema at Forum Madeira, conveniently situated across the street. Additionally, the nearby bus stop, just outside the property, provides hassle-free connections to the airport and city center, making exploration of the island a breeze!

São Martinho is one of the parishes in the city of Funchal. The parish includes the popular Lido area, a coastal district hub for tourism and leisure. Lido is known for its seaside promenade, swimming pools, and access to the Atlantic Ocean.

The coastal promenade in São Martinho is a favorite spot for locals and tourists alike. It offers stunning ocean views and provides a pleasant environment for walking, jogging, or simply enjoying the sea breeze.

This property is close to Forum Shopping Center. Located right in the middle of the tourist area to the west of Funchal, this shopping center, with nearly 20,000 m2 of floor space, has around 80 shops and a car park with room for 800 vehicles.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Forum Madeira, is just a 3-minute walk.

Madeira Cristiano Ronaldo Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
