This delightful 94² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests.

The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first one includes a queen bed, multiple storage spaces, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds.

A shared bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a lovely terrace, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 1st floor and the building has elevator.

For your day-to-day needs, life couldn't be easier: the "Triunfo Paraíso" café and mini-market is just 50 meters from the apartment, ideal for a quick purchase or a coffee. Within a short 250-meter walk, you'll find several essential shops, including a pharmacy, supermarket, and a delicious pastry shop for your breakfast. For larger shopping trips, a hypermarket is only 1 km away.

The vibrant historic center of Funchal, with its famous Mercado dos Lavradores, the colorful Old Town (Zona Velha), and the marina, is just 2 kilometers away—a pleasant 30-minute walk that lets you feel the pulse of the city.

Furthermore, its location is the ideal starting point for uncovering all the magic of the island. With easy access to the expressway, you can plan unforgettable days, whether climbing Pico do Areeiro, diving into the natural pools of Porto Moniz, admiring the view from Cabo Girão, or visiting the typical houses of Santana.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus station, Rua das Virtudes D1A, is just a 4-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
