Dimora di Triano is located in the historic center of Arigliano, in southern Salento, approximately 4 km from the sea.
The property consists of two apartments: a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and a studio apartment on the upper floor. Both have been recently renovated to offer comfort, elegance, and attention to detail. The property can accommodate up to 4 guests (with the possibility of an extra bed upon request).
THE LOCATION
The "Dimora di Triano" is located in Arigliano, a small village within Gagliano del Capo.
It is the ideal choice for those who want to spend a holiday just a few minutes from the sea and close to downtown, where you will find all the main commercial services (pharmacy, bar, tobacconist, grocery stores, self-service laundromat, etc.).
The town still preserves several interesting historical sites, including two monolithic menhirs: "Della Croce," which still bears the marks of past demolitions and reconstructions, and "Santo Spirito," which stands next to the homonymous chapel built in the 17th century. Also notable is the Palazzo dei Dell'Abate, built in 1759.
Additionally, Arigliano is home to a railway station, which serves as the southern terminus of the Sud Est railway line.
ARIS APARTMENT
The Aris Apartment is an elegant studio located on the upper floor of Dimora di Triano.
The interior is very welcoming, characterized by a modern and refined style, with design elements that make it an excellent choice for your romantic getaways.
The studio is approximately 20 square meters and consists of a double bed with an orthopedic mattress, a relaxation corner with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a hob and coffee maker, and a modern bathroom with a shower.
A glass door opens onto a small outdoor terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The terrace is furnished with a dining table for two (ideal for dining), an electric sunshade with a wind sensor, and a comfortable outdoor shower.
Additionally, the apartment is air-conditioned and features a ceiling fan, automatic lighting, Wi-Fi, and a heating system, making it suitable for both smart-working activities and winter stays.
Although there is no private parking, parking is easily available just a few steps from the house.
Lastly, the apartment does not have a washing machine; however, there is a self-service laundromat 1 km away, or upon request, laundry services are available for an additional fee.

This picturesque inlet is one of the most photographed spots in Salento, thanks to its location along the Otranto-Leuca coast road, offering a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. Here, you'll find a few cafés, a restaurant, and the renowned "Gibo" luxury club overlooking the sea.
Continuing along the coast, you'll reach other charming destinations such as Marina Serra (10 km) and Tricase Porto (12 km).
Moreover, just 7 km away is Santa Maria di Leuca, known for its beautiful 19th-century villas, a waterfall, a basilica, a promenade, restaurants, beaches, and other attractions. For those who love sandy beaches, the Ionian coast, with its wide stretches of fine golden sand, is about 14 km away.
Salento is also rich in characteristic villages, where you can wander through narrow alleys, large ancient squares, and imposing churches and palaces, immersing yourself in the heart of Salento's culture and traditions.
