A perfect townhome for your Gainesville stay. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 6 (two king beds and a queen deluxe air mattress). The townhouse is centrally located in Gainesville and very close to a Publix grocery store, Butler Plaza restaurants and stores, and also close to UF. Both bedrooms are on the second floor and the living room, dining room, kitchen and washer/ dryer are on the first floor. Guests have access to the community pool as well.

The space is an open floor plan, allowing for lots of light and the feeling of openness.

Guests have the entire townhome to themselves.

I have 24/7 staff to help. We give our guests all the privacy they want, and we only come if our guests need something fixed. Thanks!
