Cozy Urban Casa in the Heart of Gainesville

Come and stay at our Cozy Casa--A Spanish style mid-century modern Airbnb. We spent 1 1/2 years remodeling our first house; new red metal roof, new plumbing, kitchen w/ custom build butcherblock countertops, Spanish tile through out, renovated 1 & 1/2 bathroom, and a giant Aircrete Patio. You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this thoughtfully appointed Airbnb. Release your kids to Reserve Park across the street. Complete with Army style workout equipment.

Parking
Guests may park on the street and/or on the grassy area in front of the unit (watch out for the tree stump!). Please do NOT park on or block the driveway, since it is the only access to the other rental unit located on the same property.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside, but please be sure to keep the door and windows shut in order to keep smoke from entering the unit.

Keys and Wi-fi
No Keys necessary :) We have a keypad. The door code and Wi-fi information are sent to you 24hrs before your check-in.

Living Room
We set up the Roku TV with our Netflix and Hulu accounts. There is also Youtube and other fun stuff. We do not have cable TV.

Kitchen
The kitchen is stocked with a standard coffee machine, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, stove and toaster oven. There is an assortment of pots, pans, a cutting board, knives, measuring cups, etc. for your convenience.

Bathroom
Please do not flush anything besides toilet paper. The plumbing is sensitive. Please do not flush feminine products, wipes, or anything else down the toilet. Thank you so much !

Trash
For longer stays, please throw your trash in the big black garbage can located next to the driveway. Recycling bins are located in the same area.

Bus
There is an RTS bus system in Gainesville. Please check their website for schedules at go-rts.com

Pets
We ask your sincere assurance that your pup(s) are current on flea meds and do not go on the couch or beds.
We don't allow cats at this time.

Checking out (10am):
1. Check all shelves, closets, drawers, for any items you may have overlooked.
2. Leave all used hand and bath towels in the bathroom.
3. Kindly wash, dry and put away any dishes you use.
4. Please set the AC no lower than 74 degrees.
