The space was renovated in 2020 and includes new furniture and decor designed specifically for AirBNB to make visitors to Gainesville feel at home.

All rooms have a comfy queen memory foam mattress.

You can access the entire house, front porch and backyard area. Note that it's half of a townhouse/duplex, so parts of backyard are shared.

The entire place is yours, including the interior house as well as the half of the yard on your side of the duplex.

Washer /dryer may be available upon request.

This home is on the edge of Porter's Community, an "up & coming," multi-cultural / diverse neighborhood. The neighborhood is made up of mostly locals / residents, so please be respectful of the neighbors. It's super close to downtown, UF, and Shands.

Uber, bike or even walk!

It shares a wall/roof with another unit, so the backyard is shared; however, it has a separate driveway for 2-3 cars and separate entrance so it's completely separate. The other half is also used for AirBNB.

Pets are allowed so long as it's selected in advance. It's $25 fee if you book in advance; if you don't select it when booking, a $100 fee will be applied.

- AC, please don't put below 73 otherwise it'll freeze up.
- Only 2 cars can park in driveway (or 3 if compact). Additional cars must be parked elsewhere, but not in neighbors yard or blocking.
