Whether you are visiting for a campus event, hospital appointment, business trip, or a relaxing weekend, this private Haile Village retreat offers a comfortable and convenient home base.
-All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including marijuana, vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition.
- Please keep the thermostat set between 70°F and 75°F for energy efficiency and system health. Do not set cooling below 70°F or heating above 75°F.
-No parties or large gatherings. No more than 3 people are allowed in the home at any given time unless prior permission has been granted.
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors and community and avoid loud outdoor speakers at all times.
- Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, a green trash bin is in the alley behind the house.
- Pets are not allowed inside the home. We charge an additional $300 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets in the home.
- Please return all games, books, and remotes to their original spot. Our team charges for any items missing upon checkout.
- Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage.
- Respect our checkout time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.
