You cannot beat the location of this renovated home – it lies on a quiet, tree-lined street a five minute walk to the Ben Hill Griffin football stadium and UF's main campus. With tons of space inside and outside to accommodate a larger group, this is the perfect spot to choose on your next trip to Gator Nation.

The space
With four bedrooms and comfortable sleeping arrangements, you and your guests will have plenty of space to unwind. All of the bedrooms have lovely restored original windows, which provide tons of sunlight while adding a touch of historical charm. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep an additional guest or two.

The fully-stocked kitchen comes equipped with all the dishes, appliances, and cooking utensils you will need during your stay. Right off the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for any laundry needs that arise during your reservation.

As you make your way to the backyard, an attached deck welcomes you with open arms. On sunny days, use the umbrella for shade and relief from the heat. The deck is adorned with an assortment of comfortable chairs and tables, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation. The backyard is a sanctuary filled with an abundance of greenery, creating a tranquil oasis. The greenery provides a sense of peace and serenity, making it an ideal place to unwind and connect with nature.

Guest access
Your group will be alone on the property throughout your reservation, as this listing is for the entire property. Our neighbors are friendly, but we ask that you please be respectful of the noise levels inside and outside the home so as to not disturb them.

Additional rules
- Do not use the premises for any illegal activity
- No exception to check-in/check-out time unless discussed with the host in advance
- Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to
- Please be mindful of noise and respectful to our neighbors. There is a 10 p.m. noise curfew in the neighborhood. Neighbors may call local law enforcement if noise levels are excessive after hours.
- Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or outside of the home. Smoking will result in a $1,000 fee.
- Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet.
- Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fee per guest per night.
- We do not permit parties or gatherings at the home. Parties and gatherings will result in a $2,000 fee in addition to the unauthorized guest fees and immediate cancellation of your reservation with an escort off the property by law enforcement.
