Arbor View is a four-bedroom vacation home in The Galena Territory — a 6,800-acre private recreational community six miles outside historic Galena, Illinois. The property sleeps up to 10 guests across four king bedrooms and a lower-level sleeper sofa. Three en-suite bathrooms and one dedicated private bath adjacent to the fourth bedroom mean every guest has their own bathroom. No shared bathrooms, no morning rush.

DOG POLICY

Arbor View welcomes up to two hypoallergenic dogs with a $150/dog fee. Breed and size must be disclosed at the time of booking. Dogs are permitted on the main level of the home only. No other pets. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage and for proper disposal of all pet waste.

HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES

• Minimum renter age: 25 — primary renter must be present for full duration of stay
• Rental agreement and photo ID required within 48 hours of booking
• Smart lock self check-in — arrival instructions and door code sent 3 days before arrival

• Early check-in and late checkout available upon request; confirmed day-before only, not guaranteed
