This is a 3-level home.



Main level features an open-concept kitchen/dining/living room, a full bath, and a bedroom (king bed). Also on the main level you`ll find access to the back deck, front porch, and a screened in porch as well.



The upper level features a bedroom (queen bed) and a bath with soaking tub.



In the lower level you`ll find the third bedroom (queen bed), another full bath, a second living room with a game table, and access to the back patio.



Accessibility: There are 3 small steps to the main entrance and a short paver-stone walkway from the parking area to the main entrance. Guests with significant mobility issues may want to avoid this home.



Galena Territory Amenities: As part of your rental, you`ll also receive 6 owners club access cards, which allow you to utilize the Galena Territory amenities. These include indoor/outdoor pools, gym, game room, concession stand, fitness center, basketball courts, tennis & pickleball courts, hiking trails, scenic overlooks, a marina, and more. More info about access cards and amenities can be found in the guest welcome packet at the home.



You will receive a unique door code for the home that is active during your scheduled stay. This door code provides you with 24/7 access to the home, so you can come and go as you wish.



Our host team is available to assist you through the app and we like to give guests their privacy during their stay. While not common, if any serious issues arise during your that require in-person assistance, we live about 45 minutes from this property and are usually available to help.



We`ve put a lot of thought and effort into this home and use it ourselves for little getaways to the Galena Territory often. We ask that guests treat it with respect and consideration.



Please use common sense during your stay and don`t do anything you wouldn`t do in your own home. And, since we don`t charge a cleaning fee, we ask that you take a few minutes before you depart to help tidy up the place.
