Two adults only please. This unit is downstairs portion of home and upstairs guests may create noise. Please no unapproved guests without prior consent. Holdovers cost min $100

• Host is only permitted to correspond with the actual guest that makes the reservation
Any inquiries and or other communication with Host must go thru the guest who makes reservation. In the event of unforeseen issues that prevent the stay we offer a comparable unit or offer full refund if guest cancels. Holdovers (staying beyond check out) can be very costly and time consuming for housekeeping maintenance & the linen service requiring rescheduling and delays in prepping for the arriving guest. A min charge of $100 may be imposed for all holdovers

• Smoking is not allowed.
• Please be respectful of other tenants and courteous. No Smoking, No pets, One parking pass per unit, Sleeps 2 Two guest max. Must be 25YO or older to book. All adult guests must be 25YO or accompanied by parent. Absolutely no house parties allowed. No unauthorized guest at anytime. No more guest in room than room sleeps at anytime. Respect other guest. Violation of any of these house rules will result in removal from the property without refund. Thank you in advance for following all house rules.
