The building offers direct beach access, making it easy to picnic or stroll on the sand. Utilize the outdoor shower in the pool area to rinse off the sand. Enjoy a dip in the shared pool and oversized hot tub conveniently heated during the winter for your enjoyment all year. Shared laundry facilities are also available.

The interior features coastal decor, an open layout, built-in bunk beds with TVs for the kids, and a cozy bedroom with a TV to relax in each evening. Cook meals like you never left home in the well-equipped kitchen with everything from stainless steel appliances to a coffee maker and a toaster oven for your convenience!

There is a coin-dispensed laundry room for all guests and owners at the condo development. Please do not leave clothes unattended.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
