Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the third-floor balcony at this spacious, well-appointed Condo which is part of a fully gated oceanfront Community, ‘The Dawn Beach Condominiums’ which is located in the Seawall in Galveston. It’s a short walk across the Seawall to Babes Beach.

Tiki Time is perfect for couple or small families with its open concept living/dining area with a large kitchen. We are located on the third floor (no elevator).

The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker and granite counter tops. It is fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, and guests are so close to so many delicious places to eat if you don't feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or pool.

The living area has a television, Wi-Fi for your convenience and a queen sleeper sofa.

The bedroom has a king size bed, tv and large walk-in closet. The bathroom can be accessed by the living area which is great when sharing the space. There’s a full-size washer/dryer for your convenience.

Step out onto the balcony for early morning views of the water and sunrise or it's the perfect spot to unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage.


The pools are open all year round. The pool are not heated, there is a hot tub.


*The Dawn Condominiums charges $40per car, for 3 days stay ($50 for any longer) for guests to park their cars inside the gates. 2 car max, no boats/ trailers. Payment needs to be made at the front office and include pool wrist bands for up to 4 guests.

*Absolutely NO smoking of any kind, parties, undisclosed guests in condo.

*the Dawn does not allow guests pets as per our HOA rules

* Please note this condo is on the third floor, there is no elevator.

* Ring doorbell camera installed and records when motion detected.
