1. Construction Notice:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This is no where near this condo!
2. Pet Policy:
We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for up to two dogs which must be paid up front. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.Trailers are only allowed during motor cycle rally weekend and are subject to the same rate as cars.
