Guest access
The Victorian is a gated complex and you must check in with the front desk to get the code to the gate. Parking is open parking underneath the building.

The Victorian amenities include:

- Waterfall Lagoon pool has a romantic rock waterfall, lush landscaping and is heated during the winter.
- Paradise Cove pool features a water drop mushroom and zero depth entry with bubbling jets to tickle your toes.
- 2 Hot Tubs in a secluded garden setting.

Other things to note
The Victorian has a strictly enforced limit on occupancy in the units. You must have 5 people or less, regardless of age, or they will not sell you a parking pass or accommodate you.

Our Suite is a quiet Hideaway designed for a relaxing getaway. Our beautiful suite is not appropriate for the party scene, loud disturbances, inappropriate behavior or breaking Resort/Suite rules. NO Smoking of any kind permitted. We, unfortunately, cannot ban other condo owners or guests from smoking in the vicinity, and guests should, of course be aware of this.
Please keep in mind that Galveston is a humid Subtropical Climate. Its amazingly lush and full of life! That being said, you can expect to experience many different types of animal life, including a variety of insects on occasion. This is a natural phenomenon and part of Island living.

We can make an occasional adjustment, depending on the day and check-in schedule. ALL Guests must be registered with us and the Front Desk.

We require a valid Government ID that matches the name and picture on your VRBO profile. Failure to upload your ID and/or present at check-in will result in denial of entry. You will not receive a refund. We want you to relax and enjoy every second here!
Please be sure to disclose all guests prior to check in (limit 6).
Galveston and the Victorian have strict guidelines concerning number of guests.
A violation will end your contract and you will be asked to vacate.

To support our commitment to sustainability, we’ve provided a starter set of fresh towels in your room, tailored to the number of guests. If you’d like to reuse them, simply hang them on the hooks or bars provided—this small act helps us conserve energy and protect our beautiful island environment.

We’ve also included 2 complimentary pool towels to help lighten your luggage and keep you refreshed during your stay!

Need laundry service? No problem! Our guest laundry facilities (located in each building) are equipped with card-operated washers and dryers—just swipe your debit or credit card, and you’re all set.

We provide simple House Guidelines & Check-out Instructions inside the Condo. We thank you in advance for respecting and caring for our home. We are a home, not a hotel and care very much for our guests well-being.

RULES:

Please be sure to obtain your parking pass(es), up to 2 vehicles at the Front Desk Lobby. The 1 time Resort fee is $40 per stay (up to 7 days). One time for your entire party and includes your tropical pool passes, all amenities and 24 hour security.

Trash shoots are located at the end of each breezeway. Please dispose of garbage pail waste before checking out. A $25 trash disposal fee will be charged if trash is not disposed of properly.
Trash chute is located down the breezeway towards the front elevator.

Please start the dishwasher before departure. We will put the dishes and silverware in their appropriate places.

Soiled towels should be HUNG to dry for laundering at checkout time. PLEASE Do NOT place linens on the floor.

Quiet time at the Resort is 10pm to 8am. Pool closes at 10 PM.


Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the condo.
We have regular guests that have allergies and we are a 100% smoke free getaway! A deodorizing fee of $250 will be charged if we detect smoke odors.

Please do NOT make up beds upon checkout. You're on vacation and our team will take care of this!

We love pets, but the Victorian Condominiums Resort has a STRICT NO PETS POLICY. Please do NOT bring your fur babies!
TRUE SERVICE animals are the ONLY EXCEPTION.
ESAs MUST HAVE A LEGITIMATE ESA LETTER FROM A LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. We reserve the right to have this letter provided at the time of check-in. Obtained ONLINE CARDS or VESTS are NOT OFFICIAL WITHOUT THIS LETTER. Thank you.

ONLY the ACTUAL number of registered guests are permitted in the Suite. Any violation of this rule will result in loss of deposit and your party will be asked to leave the premises. We value honesty and the City code regulations. Thank you for your cooperation. If you are visiting friends/family and would like to invite them during the hours of 10am-10pm please let us know in advance. We understand many of our new friends may be visiting loved ones.


Host is not responsible for any personal items left in suite. Whenever possible if an item is recovered, we are happy to return it to you at your expense.

If there is anything that you find unsuitable about the property including cleanliness, etc., by contacting either us or booking platform about the problem, you are giving us permission to enter the property to address the issue. Also we reserve the right to enter the property during normal business hours when necessary for maintenance or essential tasks, If you refuse to let us or our staff enter to address the problem, you are in violation of the house rules. Any violation of the house rules is grounds for immediate cancelation of your reservation and removal from the property with no refund. Absolutely no refunds after 1 hour of checking-in. Any issues must be reported immediately to your hosts and given a reasonable amount of time to rectify. Thank you for your compliance!

We do reserve the right to charge guests for missing or damaged linens and other property.

Check in at the front desk Please be certain to obtain your parking permits, pool wristbands and security gate codes at the front Lobby upon arrival. There is a separate one time Victorian Resort fee of $40 (Up to 7 days) for these items. You will be provided with a map, Resort guidelines, public gate codes, wristbands and parking passes. Please know your license plate number for faster registration.
