Step upstairs into this cozy studio retreat, thoughtfully designed for comfort and easy vacation living. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped with the essentials—fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker w/provided coffee, and toaster—making it simple to prepare beach-day snacks or casual meals. Gather around the dining table for four to share a meal or plan your next island adventure. Outside, the experience continues with access to a grill and fire pit, ideal for evening cookouts, roasting marshmallows, or relaxing under the stars. Surf + Strand Unit B is the perfect upstairs hideaway for guests looking for coastal comfort, great location, and all the essentials for an unforgettable Galveston getaway.



This studio unit comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 king size "purple brand mattress" beds and a full size sleeper sofa.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

· Communal washer and dryer on the side patio in closet. This is shared if unit A is rented.

· Street parking for 3 vehicles available.

· Guests have access to the entire upstairs, unit B, entry stairs inside the door.

· This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at and actively monitoring the entry door.

· Children’s dinnerware provided.

· Long-term stays allowed.

· This home allows up to two dogs. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $39 that must be paid prior to arrival. Please contact the Customer Care Team with any questions or if you need to make the payment.
