The Sea Spot at The Galvestonian-Private Balcony-Beachfront-Heated Pool!

The Sea Spot is a newly renovated condominium located on the 9th floor of The Galvestonian, one of the few beachfront properties that provides easy and direct access to the beach!

Relax and enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from one of your two private balconies. Take advantage of the heated pool and hot tub, or head down to the beach for the day.

The Sea Spot is located directly on East Beach and just minutes away from popular Galveston attractions and The Strand.

Floor to ceiling windows greet you with gorgeous, unobstructed views of the Gulf from both the living area and the master bedroom. The living area features a Roku Smart TV with Xfinity cable and access to log into streaming services with your subscriptions. Also included is an electric fireplace. You can turn it on for a little ambiance, or use it to take the chill off those cooler South Texas nights. Playing cards, Uno and other games can be found in the baskets in the TV console.

Guestview Guide, which will serve as your interactive digital concierge during your stay, can be found in the living area on the wall beside the sofa.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a Keurig coffee maker, complimentary coffee and a wine fridge. The counter height dining table allows you to share a meal or just catch up while still enjoying those beautiful Gulf views. Seating is for six.

The master bedroom features a king bed, blackout curtains and a private standing room only balcony. The master bath is private and located in the king bedroom.

The second bedroom features Francis Lofts & Bunks queen over queen bunk beds. Designed with adults in mind but perfect for any age, these heavy duty bunk beds can easily hold four adults with a weight capacity of 2,000 lbs per platform.

The second bathroom is located adjacent to the bedroom and a hall closet with complimentary beach supplies is located directly across from the bedroom.

This entire area can be closed off from the main area for privacy.

The basket in the bottom of the closet contains six pool towels that are the property of The Galvestonian. These are for the pool only and may be exchanged for fresh towels at the front desk during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire unit, as well as the common areas of The Galvestonian.

Guests DO NOT have access to the coin operated laundry room.

IMPORTANT:

The Sea Spot is located at The Galvestonian Condominiums. Guests renting a condo must be at least 25 years of age and check-in with proper ID along with a credit card matching the name on the reservation. The Galvestonian will verify these items upon check in prior to issuing key cards.

This unit is NOT equipped with a washer/dryer. We will ask that you place all used bath and beach towels in the large hamper found in the closet of the master bedroom and we will take care of the rest. We provide extra towels under the sinks in each bathroom.

We will ask you to help us keep track of The Galvestonian’s pool towels. You will have six clean pool towels in the hall closet basket upon check in. We kindly ask that you make sure there are six clean pool towels in the hall closet basket prior to check out for the next guests. Used towels can be exchanged for clean at the front desk at anytime during your stay.
