Private Pool: This home features a large in-ground pool with a spacious patio for lounging.

Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.
Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.
WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if youâre planning on bringing your furry friend!
Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.
Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Featuring top-of-the-line appliances, generous counter space, and a variety of cooking tools, this kitchen is a dream for anyone who enjoys preparing meals. Whether youâre whipping up a quick breakfast or cooking a gourmet dinner, youâll find everything you need right at your fingertips.
With six spacious bedrooms, Casa Oceana ensures everyone has their own comfortable haven. The first bedroom is a huge master suite with a king-size bed. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two queen-size beds. The fifth bedroom is a haven for kids, with 6 full bunk beds, and the sixth bedroom up the spiral staircase has one full-size bunk bed and one twin-size bunk bed, providing cozy and fun accommodations for extra guests.
Step outside to enjoy the expansive outdoor space, including a private pool perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. Just off the pool and patio is a massive game room thatâs sure to be a hit with both kids and adults. Equipped with a variety of games and entertainment options, this space is perfect for family fun and friendly competition.

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighborsâ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
