Base rate is for 3 guests. Each additional guest is $50/night. Any on-site day-use guest who is not included in the overnight reservation is $50/per person/per day.

Host reserves the right to charge guest appropriate extra guest fee from guest security/damage deposit if unauthorized and additional guests are on property (day or night) than stated on reservation and/or terminate the reservation without recourse or refund.
