Located in a private domain, at the end of a dead end street -on a square planted with umbrella pines- the house enjoys a welcome calm -near the beaches- with a view on vineyards and hills.

You are however in the heart of the effervescence of St Trop in 5mns by a road crossing the domain and thus avoiding the traditional traffic jams

The accommodation

This authentic Provencal villa, designed for 8 people, is suitable for families looking for peace and quiet, as well as for people eager to take advantage of the numerous entertainments that St Trop and its surroundings offer.

From the house, you can walk to a small beach or go to St Trop and the shops by bike or scooter.

The ideal geographical position of the villa, in the heart of the residences of the Gulf, makes it possible to quickly join the famous beaches of Pampelonne, Escalet or Gigaro, as well as the villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle or Croix-Valmer, by diverted ways, while escaping the traffic, and to thus benefit fully from the many beauties of the peninsula.

The bamboo loungers arranged along the spacious 12x6m pink marble infinity pool - in a sunny environment, with the vineyards of the prestigious Bertaud Belieu estate and the umbrella pines as neighbors - invite you to relax. The sun exposure is ideal and the sunsets are unforgettable.

The stone pool house - designed in the Provençal tradition - keeps you cool, even at the hottest times of the year. Its summer kitchen and barbecue allow you to enjoy refreshments with family and friends by the pool.

A large wooden table under its arbour, in the shade of the canisses, can also host lunches and dinners, to vary the atmosphere, unless you prefer the indoor dining room and the coolness of the air conditioning in summer or the warmth of the fireplace in winter.

In addition to a pleasant indoor living room, under its exposed wooden frame, the house offers 2 outdoor living rooms for aperitifs with friends.

The villa also has 4 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom, including an independent studio for friends, with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. All the rooms of the house have air conditioning and heating, as well as a quality wifi, in optical fiber. The 3 TVs give access to Netflix and satellite.

Access for travelers

The house is at the total and exclusive disposal of the guests. 2 cars can be parked on the property and there is unlimited parking outside in the shade of the umbrella pines.

Other remarks

The house is not at all suitable for children who do not know how to swim, as the swimming pool is in the middle of the living area.
