Unique styling makes The Overlook stand out from the typical themed cabin experience with updates to ensure a 5* stay. Enjoy our new luxurious mattresses with fresh cotton linens and pillows. Equipped with an XBox and a PacMan multi-arcade game with all the classics, you and your kids are certain to be well entertained while you enjoy the view sipping on your coffee from the Keurig Cafe or a margarita mixed in the Ninja blender. The 'party deck' features corn hole, relaxing chairs and a hot tub, cleaned between stays, and lit with cafe lights for evening ambiance. Meals can be enjoyed indoors or out while taking in the unobstructed views, cooked on the 3-in1 propane barbecue that includes a traditional grill, pizza oven and griddle. You will be sure to enjoy the new fire table providing evening warm and ambience while watching bears traverse the property. Plan ahead to late spring and summer when our 3 seasonal pools open or enjoy the tennis courts and gym year round!

Upstairs, the king-master suite has a deluxe ensuite with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are located on the lower floor on opposite sides of the cabin, creating plenty of privacy for groups traveling together. Take a breath away from your group, streaming your favorite service in any of the 3 bedrooms or enjoy a movie together in either of the two living spaces.

Down in the game room, challenge your guests to a game of pool or covert the table to ping pong and see who can get the longest rally. Stock the mini-fridge with your favorite beverages so you don't have to miss a moment of your favorite show/game on the massive smart TV. Craving some adult time, leave the kids downstairs with the multi-arcade or Xbox and enjoy the quiet living room or some time on the deck by the fire table.

Pools & Clubhouses:

Pools and clubhouses are open from Memorial Day weekend to the week following Labor Day. Gym available at South Baden Clubhouse Mon-Fri during work hours during the off season. You must call to verify prior to arrival.

Things to Note:
-Reservations made and cancelled on Vrbo will receive a 97% refund to cover the 3% charge for credit card processing
-Ring doorbell camera installed at entrance for security purposes
-Alexa devices used to control smart house features
-Property is located in the mountains and may have tree debris or pollen on decks or driveway
-Food and beverage items used for staging of photos only and will not be provided
-Caution: lava rocks from fire table may pop and jump off table. Please sit a reasonable distance away when in use
-We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of an emergency outside the cancellation window
-Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement within 24hrs of making a reservation
