Excellent communication with the host before we arrived alleviated travel concerns, and the location just on the western edge of the tourist area made walking to dinner and dessert really easy.Individuals in our family are on the smaller size, but larger people or people with some disabilities may have problems with the configuration of the bathrooms. To enter the primary bathroom, one has to open the door, side shuffle into the bathroom between the bathroom cabinet, and then close the door. It felt a little tight for me (5'9'' & 170 lbs). The only other con that I can think of is that directly opposite of the creek/river is a hotel with balconies that look out onto the backyard. It makes you feel a little like you are on a stage when enjoying the sunroom that overlooks the river. There is a window covering that you can use if this makes you feel a little uneasy, but then you lose the beautiful view.Overall, we had a delightful time during our stay. There were all of the cooking appliances you would expect with a good selection of pots, pans, utensils, and ice maker (especially helpful on those hot days). Beds were comfortable and our younger daughter was happy enough with the sofa bed.
