[RENTAL AGREEMENT]

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Additionally, you're only 15 minutes away from popular attractions like Anakeesta, SkyLift Park, and the magnificent Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

[SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS]
The master bedroom, located upstairs, treats you to a luxurious retreat with a comfortable king bed, a relaxing Jacuzzi tub, an electric fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The main level bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a flat-screen TV for your comfort. The bunkroom is perfect for kids or a group of friends, with two twin bunks that sleep four, a dedicated play area, and a flat-screen TV.

[LIVING ROOM]
The cabin's main gathering space is the spacious living room, where you can kick back and watch your favorite shows on the TV, connect to the fast WiFi, or cozy up by the fireplace. The full sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space if needed.

* Guests will have access to ALL the amenities this incredible cabin has to offer

[OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE]
* The fireplace is turned OFF between April and October
* With the cabin being in the mountains you might lose cell service. We recommend printing directions and check-in instructions ahead of time.
* Since this cabin is in the woods, you will see bugs and bees. We do have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all insects.
* You might encounter bears. These are wild and dangerous animals so please do not approach them or feed them. Do not leave your car doors open, even when going inside the cabin for just a few minutes.
* Always lock your car – bears have been known to open car doors.
* To ensure your safety and comfort, the hot tub is thoroughly CLEANED, DRAINED AND REFILLED with fresh water after each guest's stay. Due to this, it may not be fully heated upon your arrival. We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality.
* Always dispose all trash in the bear-proof receptacle outside the cabin.
