2nd floor end unit is a 2 bedroom /2 bath fully furnished condo is located right on the Roaring Fork Creek and walking distance (3/4 mile…..downhill) to traffic light #3 on the Parkway. The condo is single story so there are no steps to maneuver and an elevator.

The master bedroom has king size bed with walk-in shower, TV, and balcony entrance. The second bedroom also has a king bed, TV, and bath has hall entrance.

Living room boasts comfy furniture, gas fire place, sleeper sofa and wet bar. With the open floor plan you can visit with everyone from the comfort of the living room. Enjoy the flat screen TN or simply gaze out the sliding glass doors at the beautiful serene views.

Cherry cabinets and granite counter tops invite you in – just as soon as you walk thru the door. Given that we are so close to so many restaurants— (steak, seafood, Mexican, Italian, Cajun, home cooking … you might not have planned to cook much during your stay. But one look at the well-equipped kitchen could change your mind. It is loaded with appliances, from a full-size refrigerator/freezer to a coffeemaker to a dishwasher, has plenty of counter space and elbow room. Grocery store is about 1 ½ miles away.

The spacious covered balcony overlooks the creek. Shhhhhh – listen to the bubbling of the creek soothing all your worries away as you enjoy you coffee in the morning or cocktails at night. The perfect place to start or end your day.

There is covered, reserved parking space for this unit in the parking garage.

You don’t have to battle traffic and search for parking when you want to check out downtown Gatlinburg; you can walk down (3/4 mile downhill) or hop on the trolley with the stop located across the street by the wedding chapel or go down to the traffic light and cross at the crosswalk and catch the trolley in front of Brookside Motel. Once there, you have a wealth of entertainment options: the Guinness World Records Museum, Ripley’s Aquarium, Anakeesta, mini golf, sky lift, zip lines, and a tram ride that takes you up to Ober Gatlinburg Ski Area and Amusement Park.

The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is only a 5 minute car ride. The most popular of the country’s national parks, it’s a must do - hiking trails, fishing, wildlife, waterfalls, and historic cabins. Hopefully you can find time to take a hike or at least visit the Sugarland’s Visitor’s Center and learn about the area. Make a loop on the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail and just MAYBE you will see a bear!

We are located less than a half-hour from the hot spots of Pigeon Forge, including Dollywood, Tanger Outlet Mall, Dolly’s Stampede, the Old Mill District and all of the other attractions

After a long day of hiking, skiing, sightseeing, exploring Dollywood, or shopping Pigeon Forge’s outlet mall, you can relax among the elegance and comfort of the condo with the cozy gas fireplace and comfy living room furniture. Fireplace is operable October – April. The perfect place to wind down after a fun filled day.

Enjoy wading in the creek or sitting on the bench or rocks out back and soak up the peace and calm.

The outdoor swimming pool is open from May – September.

There is a 2 vehicle limit per condo. No trailers or oversize vehicles allowed.
