Black Beary Mountain Retreat is a brand-new construction luxury cabin with 4-bedrooms and 4-bathrooms. Completed in November 2023, this cabin has enough room to host 12 guests comfortably. The pictures are beautiful, but they don't even do it justice.

When you arrive at the cabin, you will walk up to a front porch, complete with a couple of rocking chairs. You walk right into an open concept great room including a large main living room, kitchen, and dining area. There will be a lot to take in, as this cabin is overwhelmingly gorgeous. In the living area, there are two large couches and three individual chairs surrounding the electric fireplace and television. The windows surround this room for your viewing pleasure of the great outdoors. There are family games in the coffee table on this main space, for those fun nights at home. The kitchen is a full gourmet kitchen equipped and fully stocked with everything you would want or need to host your family, during your stay, including a large pantry. You will love the shared meals and cooking time with your family and friends sitting around the dining table made to seat 10. The dining table has two end chairs and two long benches on the sides. There are also 5 barstools at the kitchen island, for extra seating, located just steps away from the dining table. This main great room opens up to the spacious main level deck, where you will find a propane grill and an outdoor dining table. There is a separate section on the patio with cozy couches for outdoor relaxation, as well. To enhance the ambiance of the evening, there are rope lights around this level of the patio, which really brightens up the area.

Just around the corner from the kitchen, on this main level, is one of the master bedrooms. This room features a King Bed and bathroom with a standalone glass enclosed shower. The bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door and can be shared by guests in the main spaces of the kitchen and living room. This bedroom does have a ceiling fan and a 65-inch smart television.

As you go upstairs in the main foyer, you will reach the top level of the cabin, which is private, for those guests wanting an escape from the commotion. On the loft landing, there is a dedicated workspace that is perfect for remote working or studying. Just past the office, you will enter the top-level bedroom which features a King Bed and private master bathroom, which is only accessed from inside the bedroom. This bedroom does have a ceiling fan and a large television. This bathroom is complete with a large soaking tub and separate shower, dual vanities, & separate toilet room. There is a closet offered in the bedroom with a hanging rack and luggage rack for your clothing storage. The best part is that this bedroom includes access to a small patio, offering privacy, seclusion, and a gorgeous view. There are a couple of Adirondack chairs out on the patio, for your morning coffee!

Travel back down the stairs to the bottom level of the cabin. This is where the fun happens! There is a gaming station, complete with Xbox and PlayStation consoles, including games, headsets, wireless controllers, and gaming chairs. There is also a full-sized pool table for the competitors in the home. Get your game on! In this open space, there is theater seating on risers and a 65-inch smart television for your movie and popcorn nights. If you need extra sleeping space, then one of these couches has a pullout sofa inside, for your comfort.

Additionally, there are two more bedrooms on the bottom floor. There is a bedroom with a King Bed, and private bathroom, including a glass enclosed stand-alone shower. There is also a closet located inside the bathroom for clothing storage, a ceiling fan, and a 50-inch smart television in this bedroom.

The other bedroom on this floor is a kids dream! There are custom bunk beds that are adorable and fun! The sizes are two twin over queen bunk beds. An attached bathroom with bathtub/shower combo, opens up to the game room. It does include a 50-inch smart television in front of the bunks.

On this level is the access to the bottom level balcony, which includes a large lounger, chairs, and an 8-person hot tub, for your relaxing nights in the wilderness!

Our retreat is located right in the heart of Gatlinburg. Close to everything you may want to do for activities, but still nestled in the great outdoors for those relaxing moments.
