Upon arrival, it was in a good spot in Gatlinburg so I was happy about that. All of the amenities checked out, but in my email for checking in, it failed to give me a code to get in the room.. I had to reach out to one of the management staff or workers of the hotel just to get the code. I walk in the room and it is really clean and looks nice, but absolutely NO AIR CONDITIONING in the living area. Thank goodness there was air conditioning in the bedroom, else I would not have slept a wink. For what I paid, LOL I just felt like I didn't even get a fraction of the value.
Also, there was a VHS player for tv-watching options.. Technology that's been outdated for some time now
