It is located less than 10 min (2.4 miles) from downtown Gatlinburg & the National Park entrance. It sleeps 12 people & packed with activities designed for your entertainment including hot tub, pool table, arcade game, access to 3 Club community pools, 2 large decks & kitchen stocked with all major cooking utensils.

LIVING ROOM –
Awe-inspiring view, right when you walk in the door to the chalet, stops you in your tracks! The panoramic views of Downtown Gatlinburg, Ober Gatlinburg Gondola & the Great Smoky Mountains are just stunning! The living room connects to the kitchen and dining room with beautiful, two-story tongue-in-groove surroundings, a gas fireplace, and dining area setting this great room apart and making it perfect for entertaining! It is warm, cozy, and ready for you to relax and enjoy the views or binge-watch from the 50" HD Flat Screen TV & plush leather furniture. Fireplace season is October through March.

EXCELLENT RECREATION AREAS
You never need to leave the chalet to enjoy your vacation with an excellent recreation room and two private decks to enjoy! There is a classic pool table and arcade game, board games, and 50” HD TVs!

The lower floor of the chalet has a game room complete with:

BEDROOMS
The chalet sleeps up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and a queen mattress pull-out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom is appointed with beautiful Smoky Mountain-themed quilts, handcrafted log frame beds, and cozy comforters. Two of the bedrooms are suites with full bathrooms attached to the bedrooms.

Lower floor (sleeps 4 people):

Main floor (sleeps 4 people):

DINING ROOM – Rustic wooden dining table with seating for 8 right near the kitchen bar with seating for 4 more. The deck connected to the kitchen & living room also has an outdoor dining table perfect for 6 to enjoy dinner and two large high-back Adirondack chairs.

KITCHEN – Well-appointed with all the major utensils, silverware, dishes, glasses, and cookware needed for you to create & serve gourmet meals. Electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES –
• Access to Chalet Village Facilities which include 3 different club houses, three separate pool facilities including water-slide, children’s play fountain, four tennis courts, two game rooms with pool table, foosball, air hockey, arcade games, children’s play structure, concession stands & more. These facilities are included with your stay, with seasonal swimming pools available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• We provide a set of starter supplies to allow you to get settled when you arrive. They include 2 trash bags, ~10 Keurig pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, and bed linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive but not to last the entire trip.
