Our home is equipped with 55 inch Smart TVs. Bring your login info. for your favorite subscription services (NetFlix, Amazon Video, Disney +, etc...). Additionally, some free streaming channels (Peacock, etc.) are available.
Guest Access:
• You will have the entire 4BR home at your disposal. • Access our home via smart lock.
• Driveway can fit 5-6 vehicles.

High chairs & pack-n-play travel crib are available (must be requested at time of booking, BYOB sheets and pillow for pack n play)

• Guests will be provided with starting amounts of coffee, toilet paper, soap (travel size), paper towels, a garbage bag, dish soap and a dishwasher pod. Guests will be responsible for providing their own after the initial amounts are gone.

• Please note that this property has a propane tank for the grill, but we do not refill/replace empty containers, nor do we reimburse for refills. There may be enough propane for your use from the previous guests, but if not, empty containers can be exchanged at gas stations, grocery stores, etc.

• You are very likely to see bears on the property and possibly other wildlife. We are on a program to prevent critters. However as this is a cabin in the woods/mountains, it’s not possible to keep 100% of the critters out all of the time. Keep doors/windows closed and locked to prevent insects/ wildlife from getting in. Any damages incurred to the property if doors/ windows were left open will be charged.

SECURITY CAMERA: There are external security cameras facing the driveway and entrances only. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
(If you make a reservation, you are confirming that you agree to and understand all of the requirements listed below.)

-Guests are required to sign the Rental Agreement up to 48 hours after booking.

-Must be 25+ to book this property. No Parties or events are allowed on the property.

- Absolutely no smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or any other smoke/odor producing products are allowed inside the chalet. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our rental agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $1500.

-Pets are NOT permitted at this property any sign of pets will incur fees beginning at $500 per pet.

-Pool pass must be returned to its proper location by the front door by each guest upon departure. A lost pool pass will result in at $50 replacement fee charged to the guest. You will need the pool pass to access the community pools, tennis courts and game rooms.

-We do recommend vehicles with all-wheel drive during the winter months!

-No Refunds for weather, power outages, or other incidents outside of our control. We do recommend our guests consider trip insurance.

- The owners are not responsible for the loss of the guest’s personal belongings or valuables.

- By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
