Secluded 3 Br Luxury Chalet!

A beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Chalet sits in a peaceful secluded neighborhood in the highly regarded Michaywe community. The house is newly decorated and ready to welcome you and your family. The property sits on a double lot with a lot of nice views from the large windows and deck. The high cathedral ceilings are also a site to take in. The location is also just 15 minutes out of downtown Gaylord and close to many attractions all year round.

The space
This Chalet it sits on top of a hill, in a neighborhood that provides a secluded feeling, but close enough to your neighbors. The house has a two car garage and a full wrap around deck. As you enter the property using the smart lock on the front door, you will see the high cathedral ceilings and large windows. There is a roomy sectional sofa and a 75 inch TV on the main floor. On the right of the sectional is also a gas fireplace for those cold nights.

Past the sofa, you will enter a fully equipped Kitchen and dining area. Right behind the dining table is a sliding glass door that leads to the wrap around deck, with patio furniture and a gas grill. The front of the house there is also a firepit. There is also additional parking for large vehicles or trailers on the property.

Back inside on the main floor there is a bedroom with a Queen bed, and another room with 2 twin beds and 2 twin trundle beds with both having room darkening shades. On the upstairs floor is the master, which features a King bed with high vaulted ceilings, with a master bath attached, with a large tub. All rooms feature side table lamps with 3 USB ports and outlets for all your electronics.

In the basement there is also two sofas with a 65 inch TV and a gas fireplace. Both TV's include Netflix and Amazon Prime, additionally they are smart TV's that can support other apps. This space also has a foosball table, multiple board games and an Arcade featuring 12 different games.

The Michaywe community has a club center, with a pool. Our guests will have access to the clubhouse and pool.
