This B&B Resort, nestled in a secluded cove directly on Seneca Lake, is just minutes from much Seneca Lake and the Finger Lakes have to offer. It is located directly on the wine trail, walking distance to a marina, and just a few minutes to many restaurants, parks, and downtown Geneva. It is also centrally located to many of the other Finger Lakes making it easy to explore the area. This single level bed and breakfast boasts many on site amenities both inside and out. Outdoors we have a small launch for kayaks and canoes. We have some kayaks for guest use, a dock, in-ground swimming pool, hot tub, two gas fire tables, a traditional fire pit, and a pickleball court, as well as many seating areas featuring views of the grounds and Seneca Lake. The nearby marina is within walking distance and rents kayaks, stand up paddleboards, and pontoon boats. Owner's quarters are behind this property, so they are close by if anything is needed. Full house rental includes 5 suites with a common space in the center. Each suite has its own ensuite bathroom and a slider leading out to their own private patio.
Suite 1: Kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, sink and stovetop, small living space with a TV, Bedroom has double sliders to private patio, King Bed, TV, Desk, Seating Area, Large double sink bathroom with a big soaking tub, walk in shower, and toilet.
Suite 2: Bedroom with Queen Bed, TV, and sliders with a private patio with Lake view; Bathroom with single sink, shower/tub combo, toilet.
Suite 3: Full Kitchen, Living area with a glass rock fireplace and TV, Bedroom with a King Bed, TV, and sliders leading out to a private patio with peekaboo lake views.
Suite 4: Bedroom with King Bed, Seating Area, Gas Fireplace, and sliders to private patio with side pool/lake view; Bathroom with double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and toilet.
Suite 5: Full Kitchen, Living Room area with TV, Bedroom with King Bed, Gas Fireplace, Large Walk In Closet, and sliders leading out to side pool/lake view; Large Bathroom with jacuzzi tub, double sink vanity, toilet, and double showerhead walk-in shower.
Common Inside Space: 1/2 Bathroom, Washer and Dryer, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room with TV, Game Area with a pool table and shuffleboard, wrap around windows with a magnificent view of Lake; double French doors leading out to a covered outside seating area overlooking the lake.

Linens, Towels, and Kitchen Utensils are provided. Keurig is in common kitchen for anytime and we will provide you with fresh coffee each morning. You can rent this property both B&B style which means breakfast is provided in the morning or Apartment style which means without breakfast which provides a 10% discount. Please note only registered guests are allowed on site and we are a non smoking facility with designated areas outside for smoking. Though we love animals, we are not a pet friendly facility.
