Set on 5 peaceful acres at Deer Haven Hacienda, this retreat features a beautiful garden and chickens. Enjoy a 10-person hot tub, heated/cooled Florida room, covered back deck, Blackstone griddle, pizza oven and outdoor fire pit. Relax in nature, yet just 1 hour from Orlando’s theme parks and attractions. Experience the charm of rural living while being close to all Central Florida has to offer!

The home features a king bed and a smart TV in the master bedroom, along with a connected bathroom that includes a clawfoot tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds. A second bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located in the hallway. The living room includes a leather sofa with two electric recliners and a large smart TV. There is a formal dining room with seating for six, and adjacent to the kitchen is a bar with three high-top chairs and available games to enjoy.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, pizza oven, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. For outdoor cooking, a Flattop griddle is provided. The home also offers an enclosed front porch and an open, covered back deck. Additionally, there is a 10-person hot tub with a side table and a pergola overhead complete with curtains and a mosquito net, plus a fire pit with a table and chairs—perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars.

There are farm fresh eggs from our chickens, herbs and fruit trees along with a butterfly garden that the guests are welcome to use and enjoy. There will be fresh eggs in the refrigerator upon arrival. Any additional eggs throughout your stay will be found in a covered container near the chicken coop which you can use. Please make sure the egg container is closed to prevent any animals getting to them.

There is another listing on the property that is approximately 50 yards away and is far enough to maintain privacy. The garden and chicken coop may be visited by the renters of the other listing. The owner will be on the property every 2 days to take care of the chickens and maintain the lawn and plants as needed.
