Dieses brandneue Mietobjekt liegt zentral in der exklusiven Enklave von Old Hooper's Bay und ist eine kleine Gemeinschaft mit nur 7 weiteren saisonalen HĂ€usern, die sich auf ĂŒber 30 Hektar befinden und an unser eigenes exklusives Strand- und Parkreservat grenzt. Abseits der Hauptstraße mit unserem privaten Eingang, der nicht öffentlich zugĂ€nglich ist, ist unser Haus und Strand ein sehr ruhiger und vor allem privater Ort. Dank unserer erstklassigen Lage auf der Inselmitte können Sie bequem Georgetown und viele Annehmlichkeiten wie BankgeschĂ€fte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte erreichen. Das GĂ€stehaus und das Haupthaus kommen auf Wunsch zusammen und werden niemals separat an andere Gruppen vermietet.

Das Blue Hues ist ein gut ausgestattetes Haus am Strand mit einem optionalen GĂ€stehaus und einem eigenen privaten Pool, der eine perfekte Umgebung zum Entspannen und Genießen der Familie und Freunde bietet. Dieses schöne Haus befindet sich auf einem ĂŒber 1 Hektar großen ĂŒppigen Garten und bietet eine einheimische Landschaftsgestaltung. Unser Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das tĂŒrkisfarbene Wasser von 180 Grad, eine große Außenterrasse und eine weitlĂ€ufige Poolterrasse, die sich am Ende des Tages ideal zum Entspannen und Erholen eignet .
Sie können einen Spaziergang zum selten besetzten Privatstrand machen, der nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist, einschließlich HĂ€ngematten fĂŒr den spĂ€ten Nachmittagsschlaf.

Dieses 3 Schlafzimmer 2 1/2-Bad-Anwesen wurde hervorragend eingerichtet und bietet luxuriöses Inselleben auf höchstem Niveau. Drei der Schlafzimmer sind im Haupthaus mit einer zusĂ€tzlichen Mietoption fĂŒr das GĂ€stehaus, das mit einem Königinschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, vollem Bad und KĂŒche komplett ist. Rick was the most communitive host we have ever had. Prompt, concise, and best of all, funny! His home handbook, directions, and suggestions were so helpful. Blue Hues is a beautiful wonderland. The grounds are made up of paths lined with flowers, plants, cactus, etc. along with areas to gaze at the most beautiful waters you have ever seen. The private beach was great and we spent hours playing beach golf, kayaking, and sun bathing. The home has all you will need to enjoy your time there, a well stocked kitchen with a table that we played cards at every evening and televisions in every room as well as great views from the house, patio, and the beautiful pool. There are so many amenities.Rick has a whole selection of restaurants to suggest, our favorites were Salt, Blu, and Shirley's. Keep in mind that a lot of the restaurants only serve appetizers between lunch and dinner so call to make sure what their menu selection is for the time you will be dining. The online menus are not always offered.Besides our private beach, another favorite beach was Exuma Point which is shallow and offers the chance to walk out into the water for a distance and see marine life and shells.We had a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Blue Hues was spectacular; the property is even more beautiful than the photos. Both the main house and guest house were immaculately clean. As a group that loves to cook, we were thrilled with the kitchen and outdoor grill, which were well-stocked with every tool and spice needed. The grill was high-quality and in excellent condition. We also loved the living area, the cabinet is packed with games like Connect Four and Monopoly!The grounds are lush with tropical foliage, peacocks, and hummingbirds. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores and Georgetown, yet felt incredibly secluded. We spent a lot of time at the semi-private beach, seeing only a handful of people. It was the perfect backdrop for a private New Year’s celebration under the moonlight.Some Highlights: Beach & Gear: Semi-private with great shade. Rick has thought of everything—the garage is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and kayaks. Pool: A clean, sparkling, and well-maintained spot to relax. Balcony: Elevated with stunning views. As an amateur astronomer, it was the perfect spot for my astrophotography telescope. This is a Bortle Class 3 area; the Milky Way is prominent during a new moon!Beyond the home, Rick is an exceptional host. His communication was flawless and he is a genuinely kind person. I enjoyed chatting with him a few times about shared interests, making me feel like a welcomed friend. If you want a peaceful, well-equipped getaway, this is it!

We loved every minute of our stay in Blue Hues! The property is absolutely amazing, we even did a few photo sessions. We spent a day kayaking to the nearby island and the beaches. We also explored little exuma with all the wonderful beaches there. Our highlight was the men o war sandbar. We’ve done it twice by foot from the shore at low tide and on the boat. We used Gemini AI to give us advice on what to see and what to do. It worked out really nicely. Unforgettable vacation overall!

Our family of 5 stayed at blue hues for the week of Thanksgiving and it was a dream! The kids loved exploring the properties many garden areas, looking for the peacocks, the outdoor shower, swimming in the pool, using the beach park swing, and going to the beach. Rick was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had before; providing us with every detail of his home and all of the amenities and things Blue Hues has to offer. He had so many water toys and beach things, which made it so simple once we arrived. We had Charlene help us with a rental car and stock us with groceries. We had Healing Hands come for massages and we did a boat half day tour and a half day fishing with Sugar Adventure. All recommendations from Rick! The house is extremely convenient to the airport but also seems so remote and is very quiet and private - tucked away from the main roads. We had such an amazing and memorable week!!

!This is a gorgeous property, and even though we have stayed here multiple times over the last five years, we are still blown away by the beauty of the ocean views and the amazing setting on the hill as well as the manicured landscape that provide endless photo opportunities
!Both the main house and the guest house are well appointed, and you can tell that the owners have thought of everything you could ever need. Clear label instructions are located everywhere to allow you to understand how everything works

Our family of four stayed at Blue Hues in early July and it was just wonderful. The location was perfect and close to the airport and where we needed to be for excursions as well as restaurants and markets. The house itself was fantastically appointed and had everything we needed and the private beach, the water, the pool and the views were perfect. One week isn’t long enough. The beauty of the sunrise from the back porch every morning made it worth setting our alarm clocks even on vacation. There are plenty of amenities on the property and it is very close to Georgetown. We will definitely be returning to Blue Hues in the future. Thank you again for the wonderful memories!!!

Amazing Host. Stunning Property.

The host and property exceeded our expectations. I have been traveling to Great Exuma for years and this property has everything...beach, pool, beautiful tropical landscaping and a well equipped house! The host provided everything (and more) that we could possibly need during our stay. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year! Bucket List Vacation was PERFECT!!

The Blue Hues house is the place you want to stay in Exuma because this house has it ALL! There are breathtaking views, it has a pool, and a beach! Rick has a garage full of ANY of your needs for the pool and beach. You can swim out to the reef to see lots of fish and we were all blest find a sea turtle! The house and guest house worked perfectly for 8 adults and an infant. Rick is super to work with and Michelle was the best helping us get settled into the house.

Pure perfection, just like last time. No other place matches this property's magic allure. Everything from booking, check-in, pre-trip shopping and car rental options to the incredible beach and pool, snorkeling reef, beach, wayer gear and pool toys, and, of course, the accommodations.......All perfect!!Truly feels like "home" away from home. Thanks, Rick, Michelle, Charlene and all who work so hard to keep Blue Hues as magicalas it is! Oh, yeah, dont foret about Peter the oeacock who visited us regularly and the amazing outdoor shower.....
