The main living level (2nd floor) features a spacious primary bedroom with a private bathroom (tub/shower combo) and TV, along with a guest bedroom and full bathroom. Downstairs on the ground level, you'll find two additional guest bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower—ideal for families or kids. One of the bedrooms also includes a crib for added convenience. The home offers a cozy den with a large TV, a well-appointed kitchen. The fireplace is decorative only; There is a grill, outdoor shower, and a private dock overlooking the creek. This is a pet-friendly house. COMMUNITY: DeBordieu Colony is a very private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Rentals guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails, bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination; it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks who enjoy the finest Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week, and you may decide to stay forever.

MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 4. Car passes are $20 per car. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. Be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM

RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Sport Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and a champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees, like green fees.
