The house is surrounded outside by large furnished areas for enjoying the Sicilian sun, even on the hottest days: there is a private pool, a sun terrace, a furnished barbecue area for outdoor dining, and a hot tub.
The villa is an easy drive to the center of Taormina, where you can take a cable car to the nearby beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella (also reachable by car). It is also within easy reach of Giardini Naxos beach, the villages of Etna Park, the Alcantara Gorges and the seaside villages of the Cyclops Riviera.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

Should the client for any reason cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges will be applied (all cancellations must be confirmed in writing):
- 30% of the total rental if the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day.
- 70% of the total rental if it is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day.
- 100% of the total rental if it is made between 29 and the arrival day or in case of no-show.

Arrival between 17:00 and 21:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
