This three-bedroom escape unfolds across 3 relaxed levels, offering space to gather or slip away in quiet. Tucked away in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region, this home feels like a true retreat—quiet, grounded, and comfortably removed from the noise of everyday life. You arrive, exhale, and let the pace slow naturally.

Inside, warm wood accents and natural light open the living space, inviting you to settle in. The main level is made for easy moments: curling up on the couch with a movie, lingering over a home-cooked meal, or simply enjoying the stillness that comes from being wrapped in forest. The fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the living and dining areas, keeping everyone connected from morning coffee to shared dinners.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms promise deep, restful sleep with soft bedding and peaceful woodland views—the kind of rest that only comes after time outdoors. The main floor brings the family together for dining and relaxing. Down below, a spacious bedroom along with the game room to add a playful energy to your stay, where foosball turns into movie nights and laughter fills the space. Multiple bathrooms and in-home laundry make longer stays effortless.

Step onto the private deck and you’re surrounded by trees, birdsong, and fresh air. Mornings begin with coffee in the quiet, evenings end under the stars. The home does not have central air conditioning; however, we provide two portable AC units to help keep the space comfortable during your stay.

🐾 Dog-Friendly Property
This is a dog-friendly home, we love hosting well-behaved pups! To keep the space comfortable for all guests, only dogs are permitted (no cats or other pets).
Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing your furry friend, and be sure to add your dog to the reservation, as a pet fee applies.
Keep the basement mini split on heat between 60-70, must keep it on in winter.
Keep the basement AC between 65-75 in summer.
