It has a family bathroom and an ensuite shower room. Two bedrooms complete the comfortable accommodation, both bedrooms are twin. It also benefits from lift access.
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine.
Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.

Hot water is via the hot water tank in the hallway cupboard, the HIVE unit in the hallway is set to come on twice a day to assure sufficient water in the tank for showers or baths, if you need to boost the hot water please use the HIVE to do so.
The Heating is controlled via the HIVE in the hallway, please turn the temp higher than the current room temp to bring the heating on and please turn back down to 14 degrees when vacating the apartment.
