Very good and nice staff. Friendly and you can always ask. The rooms are very clean

Place was good, near metro and univercity. Breakfast was ok, not fancy but there was all basic food. Personel was nice and helpful. Our room was missing closet.

Wifi

West end location

Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Eats and drinks. And transport links.
Great location for west end amenities. Lovely part of the world. Great bars/eateries galore. Remember to look up when trying to find hotel as its on a terrace above shops. Breakfast continental, wouldn't bother getting up for it. Go to Matilda's round the corner on byers road.
