Where will I be?

Pindari is a refined country retreat, with Bowral being a 10km, scenic drive away. The local Southern Highlands villages with shops and cafes are all within an easy drive, and wineries and wedding venues are all easily accessible from this house, making it a great location for those visiting the area for special occastions.

How is the property laid out?

Pindari is a 7 bedroom house sleeping 16 guests.

Pindari is a large house over two levels. The large open plan lounge with fireplace, kitchen and dining room is north facing and lightfilled, and is the central point of the home. This room opens up to the entertaining area and backyard. There is an additional TV room adjacent to this room, and is great room for kids to hang out.

The bedrooms are all located to the right of the entrance. Downstairs is the master with king bed and ensuite including bath, a second bedroom with king bed, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. The laundry and mudroom are also downstairs. Upstairs has four additional bedrooms upstairs and a shared bathroom. The bedrooms upstairs are 2 king bedrooms, a room with 2 king singles, and a bunk room with 2 bunk beds sleeping 4 guests. The shared bathroom has a shower and bath, and there is a separate toilet.

Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it?

This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.

Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can 100% guarantee that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If internet access is important to you, please have a backup plan.

What about outdoors?

Pindari has something for everyone and is ideal for adults and children alike! Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, fire pit, tennis court, trampoline, tree house, and the round swing hanging from the tree.
Guests must take all care when using these facilities, and supervise all children during their use of the pool and equipment.

Keeping warm or keeping cool?

Pindari has an open wood fire place in the lounge room, and ducted heating and cooling throughout the house. The king and queen beds have electric blankets.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Pindari. Please bring your favourite pool towels!

Parking for cars, etc?

There is ample parking on the driveway areas near the main house.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sorry, Pindari is not a pet friendly property.

What are the minimum stay rules?

Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
