You walk into an open kitchen, living and dining area with gorgeous views. The main living room has a gas fireplace and 65` Roku TV. There is a king suite and full bathroom with a shower on the main floor. Downstairs there are two more king bedrooms as well as a double bunk room. The downstairs bedrooms use the second full bath equipped with a tub and shower combo. The downstairs living room has a twin day bed with a twin trundle under it and boasts a large 65` Roku TV. Right off of the downstairs living room is the other large covered porch looking out towards the lake and mountain view.

Pack n play, stroller, high chair, plates, cups and door knob covers provided for children.

Close to Lake Glenville public beach access.
Sapphire Valley is 15 minutes away and offers snow tubing and skiing.
Only a 2 minute drive to Happ`s Place and a 3 minute drive to The Local.
Cashiers is 13 minutes away with several other dining and shopping selections such as Whiteside Brewing, Slab Town, The Orchard and Cashiers Celtic Table.

The house is very secluded but sits up above Pine Creek Rd which can echo sound up to the house at times. The WIFI is Star Link which provides a very reliable connection.

This house is not pet friendly. Pets brought to properties that are not listed as `Pet Friendly` will be charged the $100 nightly pet fee and an additional $100 cleaning fee, and may result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
