On the Rocks is the perfect spot to gather with family & friends to experience the ultimate escape to our newest property nestled along the Caddo River in Glenwood, AR. On The Rocks (aka: OTR) is a beautifully constructed 2200sq ft. cabin that accommodates sleeping for 16 guest! This property has River Access & is literally just steps away from the Caddo River. ALSO - OTR is located in a safe area within a gated community. OTR is located about 1 mile from the end of the traditional Caddo River Float. So if you dont want to spend your day floating... NO WORRIES... We have several areas that are perfect for guest to hang out in the water with river chairs and engage with those floating bye.

OTR is a single story cabin that sleeps 16. The cabin has an open floor plan where the spacious kitchen and cozy living room offer the perfect setting for families and friends! OTR offers guest 4 King Bedrooms with custom built beds. Each King Bedroom is accompanied with a bathroom inside each room for guest convenience.
Bunk Rooms are located on each side of the cabin between King Bedrooms. Bunk Room will be accessed through a farm door, just off the living room.

On The Rocks Cabin is elevated cabin, that offers parking underneath with lighting, 2 staircases guest can access the property through 1 of the 2 sets of double doors just off the porch. The double doors open into the living room, kitchen & dining area; as you will see, OTR's floor plan was designed to give guest an “airy light” feeling. The living room is perfect for lounging in front of the fireplace while playing games or enjoying time with your loved ones. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to show off your kitchen skills; as we strive to give guest the “ Home Away From Home” vibe.

Everyone can gather around the 10ft island with Cortez Bar-Top & Bar-stools!
This space is ideal for guest to gather as meals are being prepared and/or playing games. The kitchen is equipped with an Electric Cook-Top, Oven, Refrigerator & Freezer, Dishwasher & Washer & Dryer (located in utility room); All appliances are stainless steel appliances.

We also have both a Keurig, as well as a drip coffee maker with filters located in cabinet. We will provide guest with a starter packet of pods, just in case you forgot coffee. We also have for your convenience crock pots, a full set of pots and pans, serving dishes, place settings, silverware as well as steak knives to accommodate 16 guest. Our goal is to provide guest with the ultimate kitchen by assuring guest, that all supplies, utensils, cookware, serving ware, etc are all located on the property for guest to easily and effortlessly prepare meals; as they would at home!!!

The cabin is decorated beautifully, as we strive to provide guest with an unforgettable stay! All Linens are provided during your stay. All our properties are stocked with River Chairs, Linens, Beach Towels, Serving ware, Cookware, utensils and SO MUCH MORE....
