Spread across three levels with a separate self-contained studio on the ground floor, Saltwood House offers plenty of room to relax, entertain, and enjoy the Margaret River lifestyle.
The main living area features a dining table for 10 guests, a wood fire place and smart TV. There is a wrap around balcony with access off the main living area. The fully equipped kitchen is set up to service the whole family.
Main House (4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms):
Master Suite – King bed, walk-in robe, and private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
