No Party Rules

This property has a strict no party, no schoolies, no hens, no bucks and no wedding policy - You will be removed if you break these rules. Please be mindful of your neighbours, quiet time is from 10pm every night. The primary guest must be at least 24 years old. Bookings of adults under 24 are not permitted due to insurance requirements. All adult bookings may be subject to questions about age and purpose of stay to mitigate fraud and unauthorised gatherings.



Pet Policy

Strictly no cats allowed. Dogs MUST be approved by management prior to reservation dates, please provide us with the breed, nature and a photo of the pet. Any pet that is not approved will incur a fee at guest cost.

Pet Fee = $300 per pet, this is not included in the listing fee, this is applied after approval.



Starter Supplies

We provide all guests with starter supplies to make your stay more enjoyable, The starter supplies are not to last for your entire stay only until you get settled in. Starter supplies may include, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bed linen, bath towels, tea towel, coffee pods, sugar, milk,



Check-in-checkout

Standard check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is strictly 10:00am. we can occasionally accommodate early and late check-in/out however this is something we can only confirm within 3 days of your arrival date. We need to ensure the cleaners and check-in staff can accommodate this request. There is a charge for early/late check-in/out.

We will be in contact with your specific check-in instructions closer to your arrival date.



Property runs on tank water:

Please do not have excessive showers.

Bringing bottled water for drinking is suggested.



Payment Schedule

20% deposit upon booking to secure your dates will be charged to your nominated card.

Balance due 30 days prior to checkin.

If you are checking in within 30 days the total amount will be due right away.
