• We kindly ask that you treat the property with care and leave it in a clean condition upon departure. Please do not move any furniture and report any damages that may occur during your stay.
• An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the apartment is left excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you avoid consuming strongly scented foods such as durian or curry inside the apartment.
• Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., and avoid any disruptive behaviour during this time.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 fee will be deducted from the security deposit if any evidence of smoking is found.
• Parties and events are not permitted on the premises. If such activity is reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $300 fee will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• Please note that pets are not allowed. This helps us ensure a clean and comfortable space for all guests.
• If you are locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee applies between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., and a $100 fee applies between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Please note that we are unable to assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m.
• A $200 fee will be charged for any lost keys.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in immediate notification to authorities, termination of your stay, eviction, and forfeiture of any rental fees.
• Please note that access to building facilities cannot be guaranteed, as occasional maintenance may occur. Kindly follow on-site signage and adhere to any posted rules and available times. We appreciate your understanding.
• Guests are kindly requested to ensure all personal belongings, such as clothing, jewellery, electronics, and other valuables, are collected prior to check-out. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering any items left behind, due to operational and procedural limitations, we cannot guarantee that all lost items can be recovered. If items are located and returned, guests may be responsible for any related postage or delivery costs. Lost items are generally retained for a limited period in accordance with our standard procedures, after which unclaimed items may be disposed of or handled appropriately.
